I've been looking into gaining primarily visceral fat and I was told that overeating foods with fructose in them while consuming alcohol is a good idea. I'm not a fan of booze however and other ways of unhealthily gaining include the use of drugs, what are some ways to ensure most of the calories I eat end up right in the gut, getting me closer to metabolic syndrome?
